How long does delivery take?
We ship every two weeks by sea. Expect about two weeks in transit after each cycle closes.
Is Singapore import GST included?
Yes. Our comparison prices include 9% GST, so the landed cost you see is the total with no surprise at delivery.
What can’t I order?
No fresh meat, dairy or alcohol. We also can’t ship items restricted for import into Singapore. The catalogue only lists items we can send.
How do I pay?
PayNow or credit/debit card. You prepay for goods and fees before each cycle closes.
How do you make money?
Only from the S$12 order fee or the annual membership. We pass on the shelf price with no markup.
Are the products genuine?
Yes. We buy from Australian supermarkets and warehouse stores and show you the shelf photo and receipt.
